"Is the tag enough proof of vaccinations?"
Nope!
Unfortunately the tag does not tell us what date the vaccine expires, that's why we request paper proof documents.
We only accept dogs that are up-to-date on their vaccines for our safety and yours!
"My dog is pregnant, can you still groom her?"
No,
Stress can harm the puppies and we want to avoid that at all costs!
We can however, do a maternity shave, it does not included a bath. Only a sanitary trim. It's very low stress and quick!
Where Do You Keep The Dogs?
We keep them in the back in a private kennel. Where we are able to keep eyes on them the entire time they are here.
"Are Nails Included?"
Yes!
We offer two options
1) Basic nail clip
leaves the nail short but sharp*
2) Nail Grinding
leaves the nail short, rounded and soft*
How Long Do I Have to Pick Up?
​You have 1 hour to pick up once we send our text message stating "Pup will be ready in 15 minutes". This allows you time to get ready to head over so your dog isn't stuck waiting in a kennel. You will be charged a daycare fee ($10/hr) starting after that 1st hour.
"Do You Let The Dogs Interact With Each other?"
Nope!
I don't allow the dogs to meet each other for safety reasons.
"Is This A Drop Off Situation?"

You have the option to drop your pup(s) off and pick them up when they're ready, or you can hangout in our lobby.
We always send a 15 minute 'heads up' via text message, allowing you time to head over so your pup doesn't have to wait in a kennel for long.
"How Long Will This Take?"
Time varies by weight, service being done, and the dogs temperament.​
Small Dogs are typically done within 1.5 - 2 hours
Medium - Large Dogs: 2-3 hours
Extra Large Dogs: 3-5 hours​
